Courteous, fast service. Not much selection as the other location, but I get it... this is a small location. Barely any sitting space. We left with three mochinut: churro, chocolate cherry and strawberry funnel cake. Same great mochinut taste. Soft and chewy. I had the brown sugar milk tea with Boba. Too sweet for me, but I'll have to ask for half sweetener next time. I had this tea with oatmilk. You can choose between oatmilk and regular cow's milk. The brown sugar is a liquid sweetener.
First time at this location! Love the flavor options and now able to buy less than 1/2 a dozen. I've been to others where you are only able to purchase1/2 or full dozen. Sometimes you just want less.
I'd give this place 5 stars, but I have to take away 1 star for customer service. The workers were not friendly... no smile or greeting at the door... didn't seem interested in small talk... when I asked when the shop opened up... or when I complimented the shop for the flavors, etc. I just think she can work on customer service and interactions with customers. It does make a difference.
Having never had a mochi doughnut I came into this experience with zero expectations. I got six different flavors and every single one was delicious. The texture is impossible to describe. It's like eating a super chewy doughnut, almost undercooked dough, or even doughnut flavored bubble gum. The prices were fair, 6 for $18. I also wanted to try the Korean hot dog but found out the dogs were half beef and half pork so I passed. The location is small and fits only a handful of customers but they get the job done.
I wanted to go to Mochinut for while and today was the day for me. I accidentally saw this location after my job. I got 3 of Mochinuts and brown sugar with boba. I wish I can get just a one Mochinut but it's okey. I liked Mochinuts: banana, cookie and cream and Strawberry hochata. I also liked the drink but it was a bit too sweet for me. I will go next time for stick hot dogs.
MochiNut is the bessttt! If you haven't been here, you're missing out. My recommendation? Don't order take out, go in person so you get everything FRESH! The donuts are chewy and Instagram-worthy. The corn dogs are my favorite! They'll help balance out the sweetness overload you'll experience if you order donuts and/or tea. Give this place a go!
